Terms and Conditions
Gambling Indaba Exhibition
Free tickets, providing access to the exhibition only, will only be allocated to qualifying end-users, defined as commercial or public organisations that act as operators or regulators within the gambling industry. For the avoidance of doubt, consultants, technology suppliers and other organisations selling equipment or services to end-users do not qualify for free tickets.
You will always receive an acknowledgement of your booking. If you do not receive anything, please contact us to make sure we have received your booking. Unless otherwise stated, your registration fee includes access to exhibition stands, documentation and invaluable networking opportunities.
Gambling Indaba Conference
If a booking for the conference is made at a discounted price, payment must be made before any respective deadline, otherwise payment due will revert to the standard rate. Once a booking is received, any required payment is due in full prior to the event, otherwise you will be asked to pay on arrival.
All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be acknowledged in writing. Refunds are at the discretion of the organiser, Gambling Indaba, and you may be charged an administration fee if you do not attend without having given written notice in advance. However, you can transfer your place to an appropriate colleague by notifying the organisers prior to the event.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Gambling Indaba to alter the content, timings or venue. Gambling Indaba does not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellation restrictions apply.
Where presentations files are made available after an event, only those for which speaker permissions have been granted will be accessible and these are strictly for the use of attending end-user delegates only. Files must not be redistributed, amended or reproduced without the permission of the organiser and relevant speaker.
